The original line of luxury perfumes of the Italian brand V Canto in 2017 was replenished with another bright unisex representative - V Canto Stricnina sweet Extrait de Parfum. The creative line of fragrances Green Collection was a brilliant idea of ​​the talented perfumer Paolo Terenzi, who dedicated his creation to the power and deceit of natural poisons. The letter V in the name of the brand is a reference to the "Fifth Canto" of the famous world masterpiece "The Divine Comedy", where Dante describes in detail the places that have become native to the perfumer himself.


The image of the seductive fatal beauty Lucrezia Borgia became an inspiration for the master, whose beauty possessed a truly deadly force. In his perfume paintings, the master tried to convey a certain state of an intoxicated soul that comes out of its mundane shell. The fragrance will turn out to be as ambiguous and intriguing as the very image of the famous illegitimate daughter of the Pope, who was famous for her love of poisons and even carried them with her everywhere, keeping them in a precious ring.


Tropical notes of passion fruit and citrus freshness of lemon open the pyramid, intertwined with tart blackcurrant and bergamot. The exquisite bouquet of floral and green notes in the “heart” of Stricnina perfume by V Canto is a tribute to the admiration for the fertility of the Italian lands. Very good fragrance. Projection and longevity is great but too mass appealing for my taste. I love a passion fruit note but something different, I prefer Dahab from Kajal.
