We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused and unsprayed   in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@parfumexquis.com.   If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of any fragrance samples or decants and discovery sets, due to possible product tampering conditions that may occur.

Damages and issues 

At Parfum Exquis, our goal is to deliver your order in impeccable condition. Nevertheless, should you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, we kindly ask that you inspect your order within 3 days of receipt and notify us promptly. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to rectifying any issues. Our devoted team will assess the situation and diligently work towards an agreeable resolution.

To facilitate the process, we kindly ask that you provide us with clear photographic evidence of the damaged product and packaging. This will help us assess the situation accurately and expedite the resolution. Please note that we cannot accept claims without sufficient proofs, as we want to ensure fair and efficient handling of all cases.

We understand the importance of addressing any damages or issues promptly, which is why we encourage you to reach out to us as soon as possible. However, please note that we have a specific time frame for accepting quality-related complaints. We kindly request that you notify us within 5 days of receiving the package. This allows us to maintain a fair policy for all our valued customers.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Fragrance samples, decants as well as travel miniatures 5ml and 10 ml cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Additionally, please note that we are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Our return policy applies to regular-priced items only.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
